We strive to deliver projects on time. However, if a client is dissatisfied or changes their
mind and seeks a refund, eligibility must be checked against our policy:

A refund for any contract can only be initiated in initial 15 days of start of the contract
only if it is under mutually signed contract by us and the client.
•
If a client is eligible for refund then it will be initiated in 15 working days.
Advance Payment Policy:

A 50% advance payment is required when hiring us for any service.
•
If a cancellation is needed, clients must adhere to the terms of the contract with Koinn
Business Solutions.

Koinn Business Solutions may modify this policy without prior notice.
